A ring that was an amulet first.
The band is wide and blackened in the recesses, so the pattern reads from across a room. Blue crystal eyes run the whole way around it, with the hamsa hand worked in between. Both are old protective symbols, carried on doorways and wrists all around the Mediterranean long before anyone thought to make them into jewelry.
