Is the jewelry really waterproof?
Yes — our gold pieces are 18k gold bonded to surgical steel by PVD, so you can shower, swim and sweat in them without dulling the shine. (The one exception is our Notte evening collection, which is silver-tone and should be kept dry.)
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. The gold pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free, and the PVD bond won't tarnish, fade or leave a green mark — even with daily wear.
Is it real gold?
The surface is genuine 18k gold, molecularly bonded to surgical-grade steel. It isn't solid gold — which is exactly what keeps it affordable and durable. More on our Materials page.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your location. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Every gold piece is also covered by La Promessa, our 1-year shine guarantee.
How do I choose a size?
Most necklaces come in one flattering length; the Amalfi Rope Chain offers 16", 18" and 24", and our rings run sizes 6–10. Each product page lists the exact options for that piece.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wear the gold everywhere, then rinse and pat dry after heavy sweat or sunscreen. Full details — including pearls and Notte pieces — are on our Care guide.
What's different about the Notte collection?
Notte is our evening line: a silver-tone finish set with deep-blue stones. Unlike the rest of Costiera it's not waterproof, so keep those pieces dry. We always say so clearly on the product page.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes — La Promessa. If a gold piece loses its shine within a year of normal wear, we'll replace it. That's how sure we are of the bond.
